I called Road & Bridge last week regarding the separation that needs to be done with the transfer station between the County portion and the Kingsbury section. R&B had no clue on their side who's been working on that. So I've been trying to get hold of Steven Tays with the County Attorney's office but he has been out of the country. I finally got hold of him this afternoon and he has been waiting on Commissioner Seidenberger and R&B to provide more details for the ILA (Interlocal Agreement) regarding on an additional gate, hours of operation, and fencing.
I called Comm. Seidenberger and he was just talking with Douglas Burnside (Road & Bridge) yesterday regarding the partitioning, gates, etc. but they got sidelined by the Judge on another topic and didn't get back to the Kingsbury topic. Commissioner Seidenberger was thinking that there was information coming from Mr. Tays and Tays was waiting for info from Seidenberger. So now Seidenberger is going to get back with Burnside at R&B and finish hammering out the details to get to Steven Tays so this can be put on their agenda.
The hope is to get it ready by Wednesday for the agenda for the Commissioner's meeting on May 7th.
