This is the link to the Planning and Zoning Ordinance that the City of Staples created in 2016. It is 98 pages long but don't be too alarmed, much of it includes the definitions for everything possible regarding land usage and then definitions for all zoning codes.
It's very complete and would probably make a good resource for Kingsbury P&Z.
