Since using email has now been forbidden, all meeting minutes will be removed from the consent agenda and will be presented in the meeting for review and approval.
Thank you, City clerk of the City of Kingsbury, Texas

Frank you're right, there was not a vote to no longer use email or to remove the minutes from the consent agenda so it will remain on the consent agenda, and I shall email the minutes on Saturday late afternoon or early evening.
However, with full transparency in mind, city documents will no longer be sent to personal (private) email addresses. All city documents will be sent to the following official city email addresses from now on.
Mayor@kingsburytexas.org
Commissioner1@kingsburytexas.org
Commissioner2@kingsburytexas.org

Nelda, just thinking. i presume you'll send the minutes to the "@kingsburytexas.org" email addresses this Saturday. if that is the case, would you notify, by text message or email or both, the other commissioners, city attorney, assistant city clerk ? i don't know who might be aware of this. i, for one, was not checking that email very often. thank you.
