We have confirmation that the City of Kingsbury is now fully registered to receive CLFRF funds - estimated to be $32,955.53.
From TDEM (Texas Department of Emergency Management):
"I uploaded a copy of your registration into GMS and let Letitia know that you’re registered. She’ll process it and let the finance folks know that y’all are ready to receive payment.
Once you get your payment, there are some reporting guidelines you’ll have to follow. You’ll be working directly with the treasury, so I recommend checking out their website for more information here: home.treasury.gov/policy-issues/coronavirus/assistance-for-state-local-and-tribal-governments/state-and-local-fiscal-recovery-funds/recipient-compliance-and-reporting-responsibilities."

Please take a look at the Treasury website information. There's a lot of info there but it's good to start with the webinar.
This is a message from Hollie Hischer:
"Good afternoon,
I am the new Recovery Coordinator for TDEM Region 6, District 18A. I will be supervising the recovery efforts for Kingsbury. I am excited to meet you and begin to help guide you through the disaster recovery process when that time comes. In the meantime, I would like to visit Kingsbury and meet you in person. I will reach out again shortly to schedule an appointment.
I am here to ensure that your recovery experience with TDEM is as efficient and beneficial as possible. Not only will you be working with me, but also with our support affiliates, CohnReznick and Horne LLP, with routine issues such as closeout and reimbursement requests.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions, thoughts, or concerns.
Thank you,
Hollie Hischer
